We currently only ship within the US.
Current shipping carriers are: USPS, UPS & FEDEX.
All orders will have tracking and insurance.
Orders get processed and shipping out within 10-20 business days unless you are purchasing a "PREORDER" product, Processing time then will be faster.
Due to the nature of your purchase, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept any refunds, cancelations, or returns after your order has been placed as your order is custom made.

Shipping Liability

At MAGIC GLITTER CUPS we take great pride in packaging and shipping your orders with the utmost integrity and care.

To ensure your investment is protected, every shipment is fully insured through our transit carriers. Pursuant to Connecticut law (Conn. Gen. Stat. § 42a-2-509), the risk of loss shifts to the buyer upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier. Therefore, MAGIC GLITTER CUPS is not liable for any damages, losses, or delays that occur during transit.

In the rare event that your items arrive damaged, the issue must be resolved directly through the carrier’s insurance claim process. We will gladly provide you with the tracking information and shipping receipts necessary to help you file your claim.
